Little Teddy needs a special home. Teddy is still getting used to being around people. You can tell he is happy to get attention, once you start petting him, but at first he feels like he should run and hide. Teddy was found, hungry and lost outside, so who knows what happened to him out there. If you are looking to rescue a kitty who just wants a gentle home with people to play with him, then come on in and meet Teddy. He may do well having another kitty to follow around too.
