This adorable, little snowflake of cuteness is Jemma. She is a little mouse who was the luckiest mouse at the pet store. She was purchased to be food for another pet, but she was rescued from that fate and is now ready for her lucky home. Jemma is a young female and boy does she like to move. She is so entertaining and likes when you just sit and talk to her. She is curious but also nervous so you have to keep your hand completely still so she can come over and hop into it. She is not used to being held and would do better with cage interaction to keep her safe. She moves very fast and could escape easily. The more time you spend with Jemma, the quicker she will get used to you.  She would enjoy a large cage with lots of tunnels for exploring. She likes to dig through her bedding, looking for hidden treats. If you change the bedding in her cage twice a week, it will help keep her clean. She is so cute when she pops her little nose out to see what you are doing. If you are looking for an adorable pet that will make you smile, then Jemma is your girl.
