Little Foot and Petrie are 3yr old Red Ear Slider turtles who are ready to get out of the shelter and splash their way into your heart and home. These boys have an average life span of about 20 to 30 years. They will require special lighting and a large aquatic tank to house them. Minor cleaning will have to be done weekly to maintain their tank, but a deep cleaning will have to take place at least every 2 months. The tank will have to grow with them as they get bigger, they can grow to be about a foot in diameter! Aquatic turtles enjoy variety in their daily diet such as pellets specialized for aquatic turtles, fresh fruits and veggies, shrimp, earthworms, and crickets. A well-balanced diet is the key to healthy shell growth and overall health. Little Foot and Petrie are the only pets that are still here from 2017.
