Meet Twinkle. He is a male Yorkie, handsome silver color. Twinkle is a sweet Senior dog who was found all by himself, abandoned. He is just so happy to be around people, we just don’t know how someone could leave him all by himself. He is a snuggler and likes to be carried around too.
