Your Donation Saves Lives!
We count on your donations to continue our life-saving work. As a non-profit organization with no paid staff members, our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly on behalf of local animals. And our efforts are paying off. Our innovative programs have been credited with reducing the number of animals who are euthanized at our local animal control facility. Our dream is that one day, no adoptable animals will be killed in area shelters. We thank you for helping us realize this dream.Visit the donation page to see where your money goes.

Princess is a female Gerbil who is just a baby. She was given up by her owner when she was given to them as a gift, and their children did not play with her. This is the number one reason not to give a living animal to someone as a gift. That person needs to make the commitment to that animal. In this case, a parent would need to commit responsibility to that animal for it’s life, in case the children did not take care of it later.
Princess hopes that her story will be spread around, not to give pets as gifts. However, she is hopeful that someone might come in, looking for a small animal to adopt and love. She is quite comical in her little gerbil wheel. She comes out, says hi by sniffing your finger and then runs on her little wheel to show you how cute she is. Then she’ll stop, run to the middle of her cage, and look at you to make sure you are still watching. If you look the other way, she comes up to the front of the cage to get your attention. She really is an endearing little girl.
