Charlie is neutered male, mixed breed dog who is just adorable. He is only 16lbs and looks like he has some Chihuahua in him. Charlie is a quiet and bashful dog who prefers to move away from activity and loud noises. He is quiet and calm. Charlie has lived with a cat, who he ignored. He also has done well waiting to go potty until taken outside. When you first see him, he just looks so sad. If you sit on the floor and talk to him, he will come over slowly. He is not comfortable with loud noises and quick movements, so a quiet home would be best. He is a sweet boy once he knows you and is happy to be picked up and held.
