Rudder is a small freshwater fish that was abandoned. Yes it is true. Rudder was left by himself in a fish tank. Now he is looking for a new home. He is a freshwater fish and appears to be a type of Cherry Barb fish. He is used to people and will come up to the glass to look for food.
