O'Brion is in a foster home in our Rescue Program. Our charming little red head is about 4 years old and weighs 30 pounds. He is well-behaved in the house and appears to be housetrained. He had never been leash-walked, but is catching on nicely and enjoys putting his nose to the ground to catch all the smells.
O'Brion just loves to give kisses, and appreciates any attention he gets. He would be happy just laying in a chair with a loving person, and being petted all day long.
Update: Oh my, the foster family says O'Brion is a Dream Dog. Almost perfect in every way. Exceptions are he is not above stealing food that is too close to the edge of the counter (Human Error!) and he is still not able to do a whole flight of stairs. Due to unfamiliarity with a multi-level household, not a physical limitation.
O'Brion came from a home that was dismal. He was one of 17 dogs, Beagles, Dachshund, and Chihuahua types. Animal Control Officers had taken dogs from this home before, due to the conditions there, including no running water. How he turned out to be so incredible is amazing, but he is just the best boy.
