Polo is in a nearby shelter that tries very hard to place their pit bulls, but they are full right now. If you can help, please call us at 410.880.2488 ext #3 or always4tucker@yahoo.com. Meet Polo...Polo the Pittie Pup!! He is just about the most adorable, most sweet, most funny Pittie ever. This is unbelievable considering how he started his life, and how he was living when we found him. Polo is just a baby: only 6 months old. This baby was kept chained with VERY heavy "logging" chains around his neck. The best day of Polo's life was the day that we took him away from his former owner. He had inadequate food, shelter, water, and was over-burdened with chains. He was thin, but we sure fixed that! He is now, at 6 months, close to 40 pounds, having gained 15 pounds in 2 weeks. We found that Polo is a gentle, loving boy. He is good with other dogs (wants to play) and a bit frightened of cats. He is a major "wiggle butt" with his tail in constant motion. This short, stocky little boy has stolen our hearts, and we are hoping that he will soon be adopted into a loving home where he will have a second chance to start his young life over...
