Hi everyone! My name is Skylar. My story is pretty interesting. I originally came all the way from Puerto Rico when I was about 12 weeks old. I was adopted out by the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center, but recently I was returned because my family was no longer able to care for me. I am now 8 months old and I am an All Puerto Rican mix. Once I am used to a person I like them a lot! I want to spend every moment with them! Due to my age, I am required to go to training classes so I can continue working on my manners. If you’re interested in me, please call the shelter to check on my availability.
