Oscar Mugs is an awesome, 5yr old, cat who is active and likes to explore. He has a sweet personality and enjoys being around people. As you walk by his cage, if you feel something touching your leg, it is surely Oscar reaching out to say hi. Oscar likes to have places to jump up to, like cat trees for climbing, window sills for basking and book shelves for exploring. He is a great cat and he is not vocal. After playtime, he will fall asleep in your lap.
