When most people begin the journey to find a new pet, they often gravitate towards puppies and kittens. Adult dogs have such a hard time finding a new home when puppies are available at the same facility. However, senior dogs have it the hardest. They are constantly overlooked and passed by. Saber is a spayed female Bulldog mix. She is 11 years old with the heart of a puppy. Saber loves people and is gentle with children. Saber plays well with other dogs, smaller and similar sized. Even at 11 years old, Saber will run and “bunny hop” with you. She absolutely loves being outside; going for walks, playing in the play yard, Saber loves being out in the fresh air. Saber came to the shelter as a stray and is hoping that she can find a family that will take her in so she can show them just how much love she still has to offer.
