Maxine is a bashful 8 year old female kitty in search of a quiet home she can call her own. Maxine was found as a stray so we do not know how she gets along with other cats or dogs. Here at the shelter she is sound sensitive so we recommend she goes to a quiet home where the children are older and will understand that she needs time to adjust to her new surroundings. Maxine came to the shelter with all 4 paws declawed. When it came time to take her photos, Maxine was not too keen on the camera, but she still welcomed chin scratches and gave head bumps. This sweet girl can’t wait to meet you at the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center during animal viewing hours.
