Meraina is a tortoiseshell colored kitten who is looking for a someone who has time to teach her how fun being a kitten is. She is only 8 weeks old and she is not used to people yet. Meraina wants to run and hide so she will need you to sit near her and tempt her over by moving a cat toy very slowly. She is curious so she just cannot help but to check it out. She is learning to run and grab toys and she loves it. Once she knows you, she loves to cuddle and will fall asleep in your arms, but you have to get her used to you first because she shies away from hands. If you are slow and gentle, petting her, she will learn that nothing scary happens and she will enjoy affection. Meraina may be best in an adult home or a home with older children who understand to move slowly around her.
