Jayson is a 5 month old, male kitten who is very handsome. Sometimes he is curious, sweet and playful and other times he is independent and wants to be left alone. Jayson needs a cat savvy adult home with someone who understands how to read his behavior so you know what he is thinking. If you are calm and give him a minute to adjust his attitude, he will walk up to you slowly and lean his head on you. Jayson will need a very slow introduction to a cat or dog so he can get used to them being around. Jayson is very smart, you just need to be a step ahead of him. It also will help him if you have two to three 20 minute play sessions with him throughout the day. This will tire him out.
Our shelter is now open for regular visiting during our visiting hours: Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
