If you are looking for a loyal and affectionate companion, this handsome lug would love to fill your heart with love. This is Hero and he has such a good soul. He makes us smile every day.  Hero does not need a lot of exercise. He likes to go for leisurely walks to sniff around outside. Hero enjoys hanging out in our yard with our female dogs, walking with them and exploring. Sometimes he gets the zoomies and runs around with the other dogs.  Hero bonds to people and is happy to see you again and again. Hero is a mixed breed dog. He looks like he has some American Pit Bull Terrier in him. He is about 7-8yrs old and has a laid back personality. He is very friendly and likes when he gets to visit people. He does not jump up on you and is very sweet and gentle. Hero is very smart and he listens well. He is ready for a place to call home. Due to landlord and insurance pet policies, Hero’s adoption requires you to own your home.  A fenced yard is currently required for him, however if your yard is not fenced you can give us a call at the shelter to see if your home situation would be a good match for Hero.
