Phoebe is a lovely and sweet female Beagle who is 2yrs old. She is very docile and loves attention from her person. Phoebe is shy at first but her curiosity and cuteness take over and she gets used to gentle people quickly. She just needs you to show her she is safe. Phoebe is laid back and enjoys attention and belly rubs. If you have a fenced yard, Phoebe will need to be supervised to make sure there are no ways for her curiosity to get the best of her, as she will try to take herself for a hike. Phoebe is smart and is doing well in her doggy manners training. She is learning to walk on a leash and will need you to take her outside to potty often so she can get used to your schedule. Phoebe enjoys being outside and likes to go for a ride in the car. Phoebe lived with a male dog and got along very well.
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
