Schatzi is a shy mixed breed dog who is looking for a very gentle, quiet home. Schatzi is a female, about 1yr old and she looks like she may have some Miniature Schnauzer in her. Schatzi wants to meet new people, but she is worried about what they are going to do to her. She would benefit from socializing around gentle people who will treat her kindly.
Once Schatzi knows you, she is so sweet and cuddly. She likes to be held and likes to watch what you are doing. She will follow you around, wanting to be your buddy. Schatzi is very nervous with handling and would do best in an adult home or a home with older teenagers who understand to be very gentle with her.
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
