Sinbad is a sweet, tender boy who likes to be around gentle people. He is a very handsome cat and looks like a Maine Coon and Turkish Van mix. His fur is very soft. Sinbad is only 4yrs old and once you gently start petting him and talking to him, he closes his eyes and relaxes. He likes when you brush him and will rub his head on you to greet you when you get home. He is not used to being around other cats, so he will appreciate his own room at first so he can get used to any other pets. Sinbad likes to have a covered bed or box for safety when he is nervous. It doesn’t take much to coax him back over to you though. He can’t help it and just loves attention. Sinbad gets cute and silly if you give him catnip too. He is adorable. Sinbad is sensitive around his feet and may do better in a home with older children who understand how to recognize if he is nervous.
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
