This little sweetheart is Tootsie and she is a bashful, gentle girl who wants to be rescued. She is a 15lb, mixed breed who likes similar to a Poodle and Schnauzer. She is about 5-7yrs old and she likes quiet, gentle people who treat her with compassion and patience. Tootsie feels assured when someone sits with her and pets her. She needs you to help her feel safe. If you have a quiet home and you are looking for a loyal companion, come on by to meet Tootsie while we get to know her more. Tootsie would feel most comfortable in an adult home or a home with older children who understand to be gentle and go slowly around her. Once she gets used to you, she does this adorable roll over, trying to get your attention by being cute.
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
