Phil is a handsome orange tabby who is sweet and affectionate. He is about 3yrs old and is already neutered. Phil is social and comes over for love and attention. He is laid back and likes when you scratch behind his ears. He purrs when you pet him and he enjoys being in your lap for a snuggle too.
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
