Cooper is a large, love bug. He is a sensitive and submissive boy who is looking for someone who will remind him that he is safe if he gets worried. Cooper couldn’t figure out the camera so he looks shy in his pictures. If you come by the shelter, you can see the truly sweet nature of this boy with his happy grin and wagging tail. He is a big baby and just wants to be loved. Cooper is a mixed breed dog who is loyal and wants to be with his person. He is 4-6 years old and is mixed with Lab and some type of Hound. Cooper has a friendly and vocal personality. Cooper lived with an older child and got along. He has met other dogs and done well so far. If you have a dog at home, you can bring them in to meet Cooper and see if they will be a good match. Cooper will sit when you ask him and also knows crate. He is used to being crated at night.  He is well behaved in the house and housebroken.  He is friendly and active, enjoying his daily walks. Cooper is strong and learning his leash manners not to pull. He usually only pulls if he is in a hurry to get away from something that makes him nervous. Otherwise, he wants to be with you. He is such a sweet boy and absolutely melts when we sit with him and pet him. If you are looking for a loyal companion, come on by to meet this affectionate boy.
