Schuster is in our rescue program in a foster home; please use the contact info below. Schuster is about 4 years old. When he first came into our rescue program, he was scared of everything. He has made such great progress, and we are so proud of him. He is a good dog, not totally in your face like many dogs of his breed mix and age. He's just a pleasant dog to be around. He is content to go for a walk or just hang out. He is pretty well-behaved in the house, and doesn't have accidents as long as he has supervision. Schuster is a bit shy in new situations, so he still needs a fairly calm home without the commotion of young kids, even though he seems to really like them in controlled situations. He does jump up when he gets excited, but that and his shyness are about the only problems he has. He likes to play with toys, but he is not that ball-crazy type of lab! He is mostly black, but now some of that black is turning a bit brown, which makes for a very unique coat color.
