This beautiful girl is Belle. She is 25lbs, about 5yrs old and already spayed. Belle is a gentle sweetheart who is looking for a kind person. She is sensitive and fast movements sometimes worry her. She needs you to help her feel safe. With patience and some treats, you can help Belle look to you for guidance. She is worried about doorways and thinks there is a reason she needs to hurry through them. She is learning to wait for a treat before going for her walks. She enjoys time out in the yard and will come over and lay her head on your lap for attention. Oh, she has stolen our hearts! Belle can be vocal when left alone so she would do best in a single home that is not attached to a neighbor. She also would do best in an adult home or a home with older children who understand to be gentle around her.
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
