Rosco is a happy and friendly Black Lab mix. Rosco has done wonderful here at the shelter learning his manners, playing with other dogs and meeting new people. Rosco is 9yrs young and likes to run and play with female dogs and puppies that he has met.  He really enjoys going on his daily walks to explore. You would never know he is 9yrs old.  He is a pleasure to walk and has learned some of his leash manners during his stay here.  He will get excited when he sees another dog and wants to go say hi. Rosco enjoys spending time with dog volunteers that come by to give him time out of his cage. He likes to play fetch in the yard. Inside the house, he likes to have a frozen Kong toy with canned dog food inside as a treat. Rosco is vocal when left alone and would not be a good match for an apartment/condo/townhome where your neighbor's wall is attached to yours. This sweet boy bonds with you quickly and is affectionate.  Rosco is up to date on his shots, is neutered, just had a dental cleaning and just had a small mass removed from his neck. He is healed and ready for someone to bring him home.
