Please help spread the word about this darling dog. She needs a special person to come rescue her. This is Ruby and she found abandoned and neglected. She is just a baby at 7 months old and the poor dear was so skinny. Ruby is very sweet and loving once she knows you. She seems to remember something that makes her feel worried when meeting someone new.  It doesn’t take much quiet baby talk to get her to come over to you. She just lays her head in your hands and closes her eyes. This sweet baby deserves an amazing home where someone will patiently show her love and how great a dog’s life can be. She needs you to help her feel safe. Ruby has melted our hearts and when we sit with her, she tries to fit in our lap for a cuddle. If you have time to show Ruby the ropes of a worry free life, come on by to meet this gem. She deserves to know what true love is.

Due to landlord and insurance pet policies, Ruby’s adoption requires you to own your home.  A fenced yard is currently required for her, however if your yard is not fenced you can give us a call at the shelter to see if your home situation would be a good match for her. 

To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility.
