This adorable duo is Scooby and Shorty. They are male, 6 year old Chihuahua/Yorkie mixes who are looking for a home together. Scooby(cream) and Shorty(red) are bonded and so cute together. They are used to being loose in the house and lived with an older child. Scooby and Shorty have not been around any cats yet so we do not know how they will react. They are good in the car and like to go for walks. Scooby and Shorty are doing well on their doggy diet and need your help to go for leisurely walks to help them get to a healthy weight. They are bashful at times and would be most comfortable in a quiet, adult home or a home with older children who understand to be gentle with them. Once Scooby and Shorty know you, they are very affectionate, love to be pet and scratched and follow you around like two little shadows. If you have room in your heart and lots of love to give these two, come on by to meet them.
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
