This medium sized playful boy is Max. He is 3yrs old, already neutered and has some English Foxhound in him. Max weighs 40lbs and take treats very gently from you. He likes to run around the yard and play with his buddy here, a medium sized female dog. He has a playful personality with people too. Max is not used to living with children but has gotten along with gentle children who he has met. He likes to go for car rides, walks and hikes. He is good for a bath too. Max has done great in the house and will wait until you take him outside to potty. He will play with his toys to keep himself occupied. Max barks to let you know when he sees someone outside and would not a be a good match for an apartment/townhome/condo where your walls are attached to your neighbor. If you are looking for a companion for walking and playtimes, come on by to meet this handsome guy.
To start the adoption process for Max, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with him, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
