Do you have a quiet household? Cherie is an adorable, sweet kitty who is laid back. She lost her home when her owner had to go to a nursing home. Cherie has been around women and done well. She is uncomfortable around men, so if you have any in your home, they have a challenge to become her friend. (Hint: she likes quiet, gentle people who allow her time to get used to you.) Cherie’s owner was told that she prefers to be the only pet and she never tried to introduce her to another cat or dog. If you are looking for a gentle, beautifully colored kitty companion, come on by to meet her. She would do best in an adult home or a home with older children who understand to be quiet and gentle around her.
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
