Hickory is a baby male Abyssinian Guinea Pig who needs someone to rescue him and help him feel safe. He is tiny and very young, so he needs his fresh food every day to make sure he is getting enough nutrients so he can grow. Hickory is shown here with his brother, Ash, and they get along well. Hickory likes to run around and play once he gets used to his surroundings. He would enjoy his daily time out of his cage in a safe area inside where he cannot get lost. Hickory runs through tunnels and plays with little guinea pig toys. He loves to chew on wooden blocks too. (guinea pig safe ones)
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Closed on Sat, Sun and County observed Holidays.
