Astro is an adorable, happy mixed breed puppy who  loves life. He is energetic and loves to run and play throughout the day. His Happy-go-Lucky personality makes you smile and he runs over to jump up on you and say hi. Astro is learning not to jump in order to get attention so he can get out of that happy habit. He loves to play with other dogs. His playstyle needs to be matched up with the right dog. If you have a dog at home, you can bring them by during our Animal Viewing hours below to see if they will enjoy playing with each other. Astro is 40 lbs and appears he will be a medium sized dog when full grown. He is about 9-10 months old. He is smart and likes to learn. He learned sit quickly.  Astro gets bored if he doesn’t get exercise. He would love to be your adventure buddy to go explore, go hiking, go to a friend’s house to play with their dog, run around in the yard and chase toys. He is a lot of fun.

Note: Astro will be at the vet being neutered 4/5/23. If you are coming to meet him around this date, call to see if he is available to be shown before you come in.

To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility.
