Santiago is an adorable little Parakeet. He is used to people and loves when you sit and talk to him. He will step up on your fingers if you spend time near him and move slowly. Santiago appears to be a young male but we are not sure since we do not know his exact age. If you are looking for a little buddy to fly around with you and talk to you, come on by and meet little Santiago. He bonds quickly and is a lovely little guy.
