Nugget is one of the cutest little guinea pigs. She has a sweet personality and has been easy to handle. Nugget is curious and watches you while you work. She likes daily time out of her cage to explore guinea pig tunnels, cardboard boxes and toys. She is 2yrs old and has done well around gentle children. We have another female guinea pig at the shelter and Nugget chirps and talks to her, so if you are looking for a buddy for your guinea pig and you can do a slow introduction, she might like company of another piggy.
You can visit this pet at the Howard County Animal Control & Adoption Center during our Animal Viewing Hours below. After meeting the pet, you can fill out an adoption application in person.
