Shysti is one of the sweetest, most loving dogs ever. She is so affectionate, loves absolutely everyone and is so gentle. She is submissive and a little sensitive to loud people but she melts in your arms if you just pet her and talk to her gently. She is only 2yrs old and is an American Pit Bull Terrier mix. She will talk to you to get your attention and she will crawl right into your lap when you sit on the floor. This is a lovely girl!
Due to landlord and insurance dog breed policies, Shysti’s adoption requires you or a family member to own your home. A fenced yard is currently required for this dog, however if your yard is not fenced you can call and ask for our Adoption Coordinator to see if your home situation would be a good match.
To start the adoption process for this pet, visit the shelter during our animal viewing hours. After having a visit with them, you can fill out an adoption application at our facility. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 10:00-4:30 Tues 1:30-7:00 Sat 10:00-2:00 Closed on county observed Holidays and Holiday weekends.
