Moscow is a 12 week old, brown tabby who is a friendly boy who is very socialized. He likes to be held and is happy to be the center of attention. He is outgoing and comes right over to you to say hi. He will play rough sometimes and would enjoy having another kitty or doggy buddy who will romp and play with him.
