Angel is beautiful and she is looking for a very understanding person. She is 10yrs old and she is untrusting of new people. We are showing her that she can feel safe around us but she is definitely not used to this many people being around. Angel’s owner passed away and she found herself in need a loving person. Angel wants to interact with us, however, she changes her mind and will hiss and swat to get you away. She is trying, but there is just too much going on around the busy shelter. We know that Angel needs a home with no other cats. With her personality, she would do best in a quiet, adult home with a room of her own. She needs time to learn her surroundings so she can feel safe getting to know a new person. If you watch her behavior, she tells you when she is nervous and she has enjoyed her kitty cube so she can come out as far as her gumption lets her.
