This handsome, bright little guy is cute and he loves to be with his female parakeet buddy. This is Blue and he is 1yr old. Blue is friendly, curious and all about his lady friend. She has to correct him sometimes to remind him of his manners. Blue likes when you sit and talk to him so he can get used to you. He is not used to meeting new people and will need some time to get to know you.
