Sara is in a foster home in our Rescue Program; please use the contact info below.  Sara looks like a Flat-Coated Retreiver but is only about 34 pounds.  She is approximately one year old.  She's sweet, smart, and likes to snuggle on your lap.  She loves going for walks and will come and sit calmly when she sees her leash.  She also likes going for car rides.  She is housetrained with supervision.  Sara came into our program from a shelter where she had been seized and placed into protective custody.  She is a bit timid at first especially around some men, but quickly warms up and gets all kissy and wiggly if they give her a chance to approach at her own pace.  Because of this, she will do best in a home without the unpredictability of young children.  She has an old injury to her hip due to trauma which is not apparent, nor does it slow her down!  But we are requiring a real fenced yard for safety.  She has been spayed, has had vaccines, is heartworm and lyme negative, been treated for fleas and worms, and will be microchipped as part of the adoption process.  Please call 410.880.2488 ext 3 or always4tucker@yahoo.com
